Procedure:

1. We sanitize utensils, our hands and those of the customer with hygienic preparation solution.
2. We will check the condition of the client’s hands and nails. This step is essential before starting, first to determine if the client has any signs that indicate the possibility of fungus, before which we should, preferably and always on a personal basis, recommend that you go to your doctor. (*) And secondly to determine what more specific treatments can be administered.
3. We will remove the enamel, if necessary, with acetone-free nail polish remover.
4. Cut the nails to the desired size and shape. Cut from the side to the center with small cuts, if pliers are used use the tip and not the whole cutting blade.
5. We will file the nails, proceeding in the previous order and filing from the outer edge to the center, without going backwards to prevent the nail plate from opening in layers.
6. Immerse your hands in a bowl of warm water and the antibacterial soap. antibacterial soap and let stand for about 5 minutes. After this time, dry your hands thoroughly.
7. Apply the cuticle remover and leave on for 2 minutes.
8. We will push the cuticle gently and remove the small pieces of skin adhered to the plate. The cuticle should never be cut, because cutting it causes it to thicken and harden, it will only be cut if they ask us to do so despite our advice, there are many people who do not like to leave the cuticle. In the same way, there are those who do not want the cuticle to be removed from its natural form and we should always pay attention to their personal tastes, even if they do not coincide with ours.
9. We will remove the remains of the softener perfectly.
10. If necessary, cut the raised skin with the pliers, being very careful not to cut more skin than is already raised.
11. With an orange stick or metallic pusher with the blunt part we will review the cleanliness of the interior of the nails.
12. Apply hydronutritive cream and give a hand massage.
13. To finish the nails we can opt for different options, according to the client’s taste, polish with gloss files and leave natural or do a glaze. If you choose to polish, clean the plate of oily remains of the cream so that the polish does not spoil.
14. Apply the base coat to protect the plate or treat it depending on the need of the nail.
15. We proceed to glaze, a first layer of color letting it dry a little and then the second one as well.
16. Apply a quick-drying quick-drying top coatto add shine.
17. Finally, apply cuticle conditioner and massage the product well into the cuticles. (*)
In the case of treating a client with obvious signs of onychomycosis (fungus), sterilize all implements and discard all those that cannot be properly sterilized, such as files.
