LEGAL BASIS

1.- START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will start on 02/22/2021 and will end on 03/31/2021.

2.- REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

The requirements for participation are as follows:

  • Participation is open only to persons residing in Spain.
  • Only participants who are professionals in the beauty industry are eligible to participate.
  • The personal data with which participants fill in the registration form must be truthful. Fraudulent or incorrectly completed data will not be validated.
  • Participants may only register once for this promotion.

The mechanics of the Promotion consists of filling out the survey form of you are the protagonist. It will be considered completed when the person has filled in all the fields. If a field is left empty it will not be considered valid.

CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

1 winner and 1 alternate will be chosen through the random.org random tool during the month of April.

The winner will get as a prize: a set of Thuya products valued at 250€ (VAT INCLUDED). The winner will be able to choose from our entire product portfolio and it will be sent to the address indicated.

4.- LIMITATIONS

If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not comply with the requirements set forth in the Rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Promotion: (i) Employees employed by any of the companies and other entities with legal personality linked to Thuya (ii) Any other natural person who has participated directly or indirectly in the organization of this Contest or has been directly or indirectly involved in its preparation or development (agency, suppliers, etc.).

The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or money.

Thuya reserves the right to make any changes, suspend or extend this Promotion if there is just cause and prior legal notice is given.

The winner will be responsible for any fiscal or tax charge that the acceptance of the prize may entail, as well as any other expense derived from the promotion that is not expressly assumed by Thuya in these Legal Bases.

A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date of the awarding of the prize is established in order to make any reasoned claim. Thuya reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of similar characteristics if necessary.

5.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Nor will be allowed comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by the comments made by participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other participants.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant with respect to the prize obtained from this Promotion, and assumes no responsibility for any damage or harm of any kind that may be suffered by the Participants, winner or third parties.

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in the same, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of Thuya and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the same, including the participation web page.

7.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The company responsible for the processing of your data is Thuya, with address at c/ Sant Gervasi de Cassoles 68 and identification number B-58499401.

Thuya takes the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously. Therefore, your personal information is kept secure and treated with the utmost care.

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on data protection, and specifically in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, each Participant, with the acceptance of these Legal Bases consents that the personal data provided for participation in this contest are incorporated into a file owned by Thuya to process the participation in the contest and to communicate the prize in the event that he/she is the Winner.

8.- CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional terms and conditions, to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of the participants in the Promotion.
